Terms & Conditions – Bentley DLUV Launch Event 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to all registrations for the Bentley Torcal Launch Event Germany 2026, taking place at the PROTOTYP Lofts, Hamburg, on 7–8 October 2026.

Places are limited and registrations are subject to availability and confirmation. Any cancellations or amendments may be subject to charges depending on the timing of the request and the applicable booking conditions.

1. Registration & Eligibility

1a. Participation is by invitation only. All registrations are subject to availability and confirmation by Bentley Motors Ltd and the event organiser.

1b. Retailers are responsible for registering the correct number of places required and for providing complete and accurate details for each attending guest.

1c. Accompanying guests must be registered in advance and are subject to event and session capacity. Unregistered accompanying guests cannot be guaranteed access to the event.

1d. Daytime Product Immersion Sessions have limited capacities. Preferred dates and session times are therefore subject to availability at the time of registration.

1e. The registration deadline is 21 September 2026.

2. Attendance & Event Schedule

2a. Guests are requested to arrive at the time stated in their individual confirmation and final event information. Late arrival may result in reduced participation in the scheduled experience. In particular, the timing of the daytime Product Immersion Sessions cannot be extended for individual late arrivals.

2b. Bentley Motors Ltd and the event organiser reserve the right to make reasonable adjustments to the programme, timings, content or event areas where operationally necessary.

2c. Guests must follow the instructions of event staff, hosts, product experts, venue personnel and security staff at all times.

3. Accommodation & Travel

3a. Accommodation and travel to and from Hamburg are not included in the packages unless expressly stated otherwise.

3b. Preferential room allocations may be available at selected hotels. Hotel bookings are at the guest's own expense. The hotel's individual booking, payment and cancellation conditions apply.

3c. Complimentary valet parking will be available at the event venue for guests arriving by car, subject to availability and the operational arrangements communicated prior to the event.

3d. Private transfers from Hamburg Airport or within Hamburg may be arranged upon request and at an additional cost. Please contact the Event Team for assistance.

4. Booking, Payment & Cancellation

4a. All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by Bentley Motors Ltd and the event organiser.

4b. Where a participation fee or dealer contribution applies, the applicable price will be communicated during the registration and booking process.

4c. Payment is processed through the event registration platform using the available payment methods.

4d. Cancellations and amendments must be submitted to BentleyEUEvents@metzler-vater.com.

4e. Any applicable cancellation charges, including charges for late cancellations or no-shows, will be communicated as part of the booking process and apply to the relevant booking.

4f. Bentley Motors Ltd reserves the right to amend, postpone or cancel the event where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

5. Conduct, Liability & Personal Belongings

5a. Guests are expected to behave responsibly and follow all reasonable instructions provided by event and venue staff.

5b. Bentley Motors Ltd and the event organiser accept no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

5c. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

6. Media & Recording

6a.  Photos and videos may be taken during the event and may be used by Bentley Motors Ltd and its authorised partners for marketing, communications and promotional purposes, subject to applicable law and the consent choices presented during registration.

6b. By participating, you consent to the use of images or footage for promotional purposes unless stated otherwise in writing.

6c. Guests must comply with any restrictions regarding personal photography, filming or recording communicated before or during the event, particularly in relation to confidential or unreleased products and content.

7. Data Protection

Personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. This applies to all main guests as well as personal data of accompanying guests.

8. Complaints

Complaints should be raised on the day where possible or in writing within 14 days of the experience.

9. Changes & Force Majeure

Bentley Motors Ltd and the event organiser reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the event programme, timings, venue arrangements or content where required. Neither Bentley Motors Ltd nor the event organiser shall be liable for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control.

10. Governing Law

These T&Cs are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
